In A Pickle all started with the creation of a pickled pie. We began our journey taking our pickle pie around to different farmers markets and food evens. At first, customers would buy it out of pure curiosity, but eventually found that it became a family staple and would drive to the markets just for our pickle pie.
Eventually we had gained enough attraction to open our own shop and expand the product line. We now have pickled breads, pastries, and donuts. All the baked goods you could image, we are planning to make here.
At In A Pickle, we are now able to make all kinds of pickled goods from pears and apples to peppers for our steak rolls. There are no limits to what we can pickle, and we want to try it all with our product, and we hope you will enjoy the tasting them as much as we enjoy making it.

Dottie Barlow
Owner
Dottie has been baking since 1993. She went to school for baking, traveled the world, and then came back with the goal of making pickled bake goods. She is the main baker for the store and enjoys making new creations with odd ingredients.
Samson Barlow
Owner
Samson is head of finances and runs the store. He loves to travel with Dottie, and helps her bake her new and exciting creations.
Clay Keiron
Baker & Clerk
Clay has been working for IN A PICKLE for five years. He helps bake and prep for each day, while helping run the store and market stands.
Sian Maxwell
Bakery Clerk
Sian has worked at IN A PICKLE for three years. She helps package product and runs the cash register along with online orders. She loves pickles, and went from being a customer to an employee.
